A storage system for meaningful belongings. Through a hierarchy of stacked containers, Wilson is intended to create a state of mindfulness when interacted with. Due to its weight and minor asymmetry, when the unit is disassembled and reassembled each time it calls for care and concentration; diverting your attention from mental worries to a physical task. The more important or meaningful the item, the farther down in the capsule it should go thus requiring more effort and concentration from the user to further shift focus to the “now.”

Regularly practicing gratitude has many individual and social benefits. Full family participation in a gratitude practice could help to strengthen bonds and relationships between family members and enforce healthy mental habits for children. This tool is used for displaying daily messages of gratitude within a family. New notes can be fastened to the display with magnets. Old notes are stored in the back of the frame, collecting within the frame like flowers falling off a tree- making room for new expressions of thanks.

Families create their own superheroes together, both parents and children. The superhero acts as a blank canvas that children can project themselves on to and through guided play parents can indirectly talk to their children about matters they may be struggling with. Play is guided by instructional videos provided with the product.
